We have worked with three local government agencies to provide construction expertise in their community development programs.

These programs typically help neighborhoods maintain their property values by helping low income homeowners keep up with routine home maintenance and repair through low interest loans.

Our Business

In addition to construction, we also provide consulting services to residential, commercial and government clients.  We coordinate property assessments with a structural engineer to provide evaluations and estimates based on client requests. 

When we're not building something or consulting, we're gardening. All gardening advice is free.
